Tossing and turning, not getting the sleep you need? Well first try a few things that work like a charm!

Making your bed every day!
A survey of 1,500 people found that taking the time to neaten your bed in the a.m. makes you 19% more likely to sleep soundly than if you get into a messy bed that night.

Using a new detergent!
Pick one that has a fragrance you love. The same survey found that three in four of us enjoy a better night;s sleep when lying on sheets that have a pleasant aroma!
