Let me explain this unique compensation structure - twice

First in terms that inexperienced prospects and distributors in direct sales/network marketing can understand and the in terms that experienced distributors will relate to.

The MB commission structure allows you to recruit and hold up to five organizations that will go on your first level. Each of these five people will create what are called legs. They may also be placed under you by anyone above you in your upline. As your sales organization and resulting organizational sales volume grows earn an override based on sales from unlimited depth in your sales organization regardless in which country they were generated.

You earn 10% from the combination of the four smallest legs or weakest legs. The amount that you can earn is limited or capped based on your rank. There are four ranks and they are based on the various criteria. You can start at higher ranks by making higher initial sales and/or purchases. You can upgrade one rank within 28 days or earn op to two rank upgrades within 56 days. Even the Diamond rank is easy to qualify for, so first-time beginners in direct sales can achieve it.

Once qualified, you are paid on the sales volume from your four weakest legs and as much or whatever exists if the strong leg is less than the combined four week legs, you start accumulating sales volume again from your upline placing sales volume under your sales and the sales of your downline. If your strong leg has more volume that the combined volume from the weak legs, the difference is carried over to the next cycle. Commissions are paid weekly and qualifications are based on a 28-day cycle.

In network marketing industry terms, the MB is a five-leg binary structure. You get paid on the combined four weak legs, so there are two major advantages. First the combined four weak legs are likely to have a greater sales volume than the strong leg. This means in Winalite you can actually be paid on the greater portion of your sales volume instead of the lesser portion as in other binary structures. Second, in Many binary sales organization ,one leg sales volume runs away with a much higher sales volume than your one weak leg, you often never end up getting paid on a large portion of your sales volume. With four weak legs being matched against your strong leg that will seldom happen if at all. That means you can get paid more in Winalite because you get paid on more of the sales volume.

Leadership Bonuses (LB)

In many direct sales/network marketing companies Winalite Leadership Bonuses are called Matching Bonuses. Winalite pays on above-average 10% for three generations of sponsors according to the genealogy tree. This means you earn 10% of multiplier bonus on everyone you personally sponsor no matter where they fall in the organization. The more you sponsor the more generations of Leadership or Matching Bonuses you earn. You only have to sponsor five people personally to earn all three generations of 10% bonuses. That is each of those you sponsor and those they sponsor and those they sponsor. Five personally sponsored people are also achievable even for beginners.

Since you can sponsor an unlimited number of people and so can they, your Leadership Bonus three-generation genealogy becomes a three-level uni-level structure paying 10% per level. There are no caps on this portion of the comp plan, so there are no limits on how much you can earn in Leadership (Matching) Bonuses.
